This week is National Dairy Week and that means it’s a chance for us all to really understand just how important dairy is in our diets.
Events are running until Sunday and this week Orla joined 5th class students from Our Lady of the Wayside National School in Dublin at the Zoo!
Orgainsed by Agri Aware and the National Dairy Council, National Dairy week aims to highlight the importance of dairy in our diets especially at a young age as it helps young bones to grow big and strong.
The students attended a special class in the farmhouse school where they learned how to churn butter and make smoothies.
