Ingredients

Self-raising flour - 170g
Butter - 112g
Soft brown sugar - 100g
Egg - 1
Baking powder - ¼ teaspoon
Chocolate chips - 80g
Chopped hazelnuts ¬- 50g

Method

Preheat oven to 180 C.
Mix butter and sugar together and beat until light and fluffy.
Add the egg.
Mix flour and baking powder together and add to mixture.
Add in chocolate chips and hazelnuts
Divide mixture into spoon sized pieces onto a baking tray, leave space for spreading.
Cook for 8-10 minutes.
