Bumble Bee Cake

Ingredients

Plain flour - 270g
Baking powder – 3 tbsp
Sugar – 270g
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Butter – 120g
Milk – 240g
Vanilla – 1 teaspoon
Eggs – 2
Black and Yellow Food Dye
Pre-made Icing

Method

Oven - 160c
Butter cake tins.
Mix butter and sugar
Sieve flour, baking powder and salt into the mixture.
Add the eggs and milk to the mixture.
Use mixer to combine mix.
Add vanilla.
Separate the mixture into two bowls.
Mix black food dye into one mixture and yellow dye into the other.
Oven - @160C - 30-35 minutes.
When ready, cool and add pre-made icing between each layer and on top.
