Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

Dark Chocolate - 120g
Butter - 120g
Caster Sugar - 150g
Cocoa powder - 50g
Eggs - 3
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Method

Preheat the oven to 150C.
Grease and dust cake tin with cocoa powder.
Melt chocolate and butter.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sugar, cocoa powder, eggs and vanilla.
Pour into cake tin.
Oven for 30 minutes.
