Ingredients

Flour - 150g
Milk - 240ml
Egg - 1
Sugar - 3 teaspoons
Olive oil
Blueberries, honey and crushed biscuits to serve

Method

Flour and milk – mix together.
Beat egg separately.
Add to mixture and stir to form a smooth batter.
Add 2-3 teaspoons of sugar.
Heat oil in frying pan.
Spoon a small amount of mixture into the pan.
Fry lightly until golden brown then flip and fry on the other side.
Top with blueberries, honey and crushed biscuits.
