Banoffee Pie

Ingredients

Digestive biscuits - 250g
Butter - 100g
Can of caramel - 400g
Small bananas - 4
Whipping cream - 300ml
Grated chocolate, to decorate

Method

Melt the butter.
Put the digestive biscuits in a plastic bag and crush.
Mix the biscuits with the melted butter.
Push into the baking tray.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Spread the caramel over the chilled base.
Cut up the bananas and spread over the top of the pie.
Chop up some chocolate and sprinkle over the top.
Serve with whipped cream.
