Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

Flatbread - 3 x 35g
Cherry tomatoes - 9
Tomato pureé - 6 tbsp
Ham - 125g
Cheddar cheese - 200g

Method

Preheat oven to 200C.
Spread 2 tbsp of tomato puree on each flatbread.
Grate cheese and sprinkle evenly on top of the tomato puree on each flatbread.
Chop ham into small cubes and then put evenly on top of the cheese on the flatbreads.
Wash and chop tomatoes and place evenly on all pizzas.
Heat flatbread pizzas in oven until cheese has melted.
