Ingredients

Brown sugar - 120g
Butter - 50g
Golden syrup - 140g
Double cream - 110ml
Popcorn kernels - 50g
Chocolate

Method

Make the toffee sauce by mixing the sugar, butter, syrup and cream together over a low heat.
Stir the sauce fast for five minutes and leave to the side once completely stirred.
Mix the popcorn and toffee sauce.
Grate chocolate on top.
