Spaghetti Bolognaise

Ingredients

Olive Oil
Mince Steak - 500g
Spaghetti - 350g
Tomato purée - 1 Tbsp
Chopped onion – 1
Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
Passata - 250g
Freshly grated parmesan

Method

Fry mince in a little olive oil until brown then add the onion.
Stir in the passata, and purée, add Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer.
Cook spaghetti in a pan of salted boiled water for 8-12 minutes, drain well.
Plate the spaghetti, add the mince on top and sprinkle with parmesan.
