Ingredients

Tacos Shells
Ground mince - 300g
Pepper - ½
Onion - ½

Your choice/amount of:
Lettuce
Cheese
Salsa
Sour cream

Method

Wash and chop pepper into strips.
Peel onion and chop into small pieces.
Put mince in frying pan and cook on a medium heat until it is brown.
Then add peppers and onions to the mince and cook them until they have softened.
Mix the peppers and onions through the mince.
Season mix with a few pinches of salt while cooking if necessary.
Heat tacos in oven at medium heat for a few minutes.
Then place the mix into the tacos and add any/all of the toppings - lettuce, salsa, cheese and sour cream.
