Ingredients

Sponge fingers - 20
Drinking chocolate made with water - 400ml
Readymade custard - 290g
Marscapone - 250g
Fresh raspberries - 250g
Cocoa powder

Method

Soak the sponge fingers in drinking chocolate until soft.
Mix the custard and mascarpone together until well mixed and creamy.

Repeat the layers again.
