Apple Tart

Ingredients

Pre-Made Shortcrust Pastry - 375g
Flour - 1 tbsp
Cooking apples - 4
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Water - 1 tbsp

Method

Oven - heat to 200C.
Sprinkle flour on the plate, leave the pastry on it, cover and leave in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
Knead the pastry.
Roll out half of the pastry until it covers an ovenproof plate.
Chop apples.
Spread the apples over the pastry.
Sprinkle sugar over them.
Cover the apples with the other half of the pastry.
Wet the pastry with cold water.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Oven for 25-30 minutes.
