Stewed apple and Custard

Ingredients

Apples - 2
Sugar- Two tablespoons
Custard powder, sugar and milk

Method

Remove the skin from two apples, core and chop the apples into pieces. Cooking apples will produce a softer texture than regular eating apples. But both are fine to use!
Place in a microwavable bowl with two tablespoons of sugar and microwave for three minutes or until soft.
For the custard, mix custard powder, sugar and milk together in a pot, place on the heat constantly stirring until boiling.
Remove custard from the heat, place in a serving bowl with stewed apple in the middle.
