Toffee Apples

Ingredients

Apples - 4
Water - 100ml
Golden caster sugar - 200g
Golden Syrup - 2 Tbsp
Vinegar - ½ Tsp
Sprinkles

Method

Wash apples in boiling water, dry and remove stalks.
Push wooden stick into the stalk end of each apple and place upside down on baking paper.
Put the sugar and water into a saucepan and cook on medium heat – 5 minutes until the sugar has dissolved.
Stir in the vinegar and syrup and boil until ready.
Dip apples into the toffee then dip into sprinkles and place on baking paper upside down.
