Cillian was born in Sligo and grew up in Claremorris, Co. Mayo. He went to school at Claremorris Boys’ National School before going to St. Colman’s College. After secondary school, Cillian studied Journalism and New Media at the University of Limerick. At UL, Cillian did an internship inside RTÉ News and also taught English in Spain.
After finishing his degree, Cillian worked for the Independent.ie and the digital desk at the Irish Examiner. Cillian has always been obsessed with film and television and loves to carry his camera everywhere. He also loves to travel, meet new people, and learn cool things along the way.
Aisling is from Dungarvan on the sunny south east in Waterford. She went to Scoil Mhuire NS in Abbeyside and afterwards to St. Augustine’s College. She decided to study Journalism and New Media in the University of Limerick and as part of her course she worked for the Daily Mail newspaper in London. Her most exciting adventure was studying at a university in Australia, where she got to travel all over Western Australia.
While completing her final year at university, she worked in Limerick’s local radio station Live95, and afterwards at the Sunday Business Post.
Aisling loves to bake in her free time. She has tried to make everything from brownies to an entire wedding cake for her brother (with a lot of help from her Mam). She also loves photography and making videos for her friends and family.
